Põhja Zoo App

Põhja Zoo sold tickets at the gate and printed a paper map that most visitors lost by noon.

We tested routes with families on site and designed an app that sells timed tickets, shows feeding times and guides you around the zoo. Every animal has a studio portrait on a plain backdrop, so the map reads at a glance.

Half of all tickets are now bought in the app, and the queue at the gate is down to a few minutes.
